Return & Exchange Policy

At Al Kiswah UAE, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue
  • The item has a size mismatch (wrong size delivered)

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns and exchanges will NOT be accepted if:

  • The item has been worn
  • The item has been washed
  • The item has been used or damaged after delivery
  • The return request is based on change of mind

Important Guidelines

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact
  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Any item that does not meet our policy conditions will be rejected

Refund & Exchange Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will offer an exchange or store credit
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days
